Riverside Housing Group Association – ECHG National Adaptations

Overview

Following the successful completion of over 400 disabled adaptations in Merseyside, Frank Rogers was asked to complete a national adaptation programme for English Churches (part of the Riverside Group) after the unforeseen liquidation of a national contractor.

With a strong and experienced team already in place, Frank Rogers was able to react quickly, pick up the reigns and begin works straight away at the large scale
contract.

Under the Fusion 21 framework, the contract included the installation of 200 level access shower system in various sheltered schemes throughout England. A fast track scheme, works had to be completed within three months due to annual budget constraints.

Frank Rogers worked closely alongside the client to ensure all key objectives were met which included:

• Mobilisation of a full workforce with a single months’ notice to carry out 15 level access shower installations a week throughout England
• All adaptation began on a Monday and were completed by Friday with a 5 day turnaround time

Following completion of the scheme, tenant satisfaction levels of 97% were achieved.
