Overview

Frank Rogers has been appointed to carry out phase three of a wide scale kitchen replacement programme by Plus Dane Housing. The firm is now entering year three of a four year contract for the housing association.

Homes throughout the L4, L5 and L6 area of Merseyside have been earmarked by the housing association, each befitting from a full replacement kitchen.

The phased programme is being carried out within a 9 month period with an average of 10 homes completed each week.

A wide range of trades will be involved at the scheme, the majority of whom are directly employed by Frank Rogers. Teams are split into rip out and install, with trades including plumbers, electricians, plasterers, joiners, tilers, decorators, floor layers and labourers.
