Frank Rogers secured construction of 10 new build apartments on the Wirral for Magenta Living, following competitive tender.
The scheme formed part of a wider regional joint investment between Magenta, Homes England, and the Department of Health, developing affordable housing supporting adults with low levels of metal health problems into independent living.
Works Description
Our senior management team worked tirelessly with Magenta and their appointed agents confirming designs in accordance with the new National Space Standards using traditional high-end robust specification materials.
Stakeholder Consultation
We devised a Communication Plan identifying all stakeholders within the immediate vicinity including; residential, commercial, and religious groups, analysing their potential influence over the scheme tailoring the information we provided.
Customer Satisfaction
We supported Magenta coordinate new resident move-ins partly furnishing properties, while providing product demonstrations and pictorial user manuals during handover.
We received high customer satisfaction with John Siddell, Head of Development commenting;
