Contractor, Frank Rogers, has been awarded a structural works programme by Plus Dane Housing, further consolidating the firms presence in this specialist construction sector.
Work is now underway at the site on Halton Brow, Runcorn, where a detached 1930s bungalow requires a series of structural improvements works including underpinning to the gable, demolition of the chimney stack and structural crack tying.
The property is untenanted therefore fully accessible – work is expected to take nine weeks to complete.
Frank Rogers is able to deliver a complete range of structural repair and improvements works and continues to provide these specialist services to both private and public clients, notably housing associations. Frank Rogers has since been awarded a second project, similar in nature, with Plus Dane at a property in Halton.
Dean Rogers, Managing Director of Frank Rogers commented:
“As a multi-disciplined contractor, we are able to offer all forms of contracting services – including structural works, an area in which we are seeing considerable growth.
Our team has begun works on site with initial removals which will be followed by repairs and improvements.”
